Going on 2 years now renting from Chad and Lori - they are well worth 5 stars in my books! They are caring, attentive and all around good humans. They have really made my dog and I feel at home! Two years ago I was looking for a new home, within 24 hours I had a viewing booked. Little did I know it was the first and last one I would look at. Chad and Lori are very welcoming and take very good care of their homes. I instantly fell in love with their fresh, modern basement suite and private yard for my Staffy! Being a single girl living alone I wanted some added protection - Chad did not hesitate to come install a peep hole in my door and an extra lock. They are very responsive to any questions or concerns I have at any time. Thanks Chad and Lori for being awesome! Highly recommend these two as your new long term landlords! 🔥🔥🔥

Hands down the best landlords out there. Chad and Lori couldn’t have been more welcoming and supportive throughout the whole renting process, going above and beyond and welcoming me like family, even throwing me a birthday party and giving gifts. The basement suit itself was beautiful and well done. From the layout to the appliances to the smallest details, it truly felt like a home. I couldn’t recommend renting with Chad and Lori and Mabuhay Homes YEG more. When your landlords end up being some of your best friend's, I don’t know what else a renter could ask for. Truly some of the genuinely nicest people I’ve ever met and very professional.

Chad and Lori are lovely people to rent from! They have been so helpful with any questions we had while living there! The home we stayed in was an exceptionally beautiful home with an even better backyard! The neighbourhood is nice and quiet and close to schools, shopping centres and grocery store for those quick groceries shops. Our home was also pet friendly which is not easy to find in the city, but they welcomed our dogs with open arms and even gave them some toys in our welcome basket! Can’t say enough good things about this home or the people renting it out!

This is an amazing family-oriented company to rent from. Chad and Lori always go the extra mile to make sure my son and I are comfortable, safe, and have everything we need. Whenever something needs to be fixed (house-wise) it is completed ASAP. They are very welcoming, friendly, and kind. I have no complaints, and highly recommend choosing them!

Chad is extremely organized, helpful and friendly . Best landlord. He was kind and courteous. He helped me set up the tv, and was always willing to check any minor issues in the home.

If you're looking for mediocre, cheap, or just convenient, keep scrolling. If you're looking for executive style, affordable, extreme convenience... this is the place to be. Not only are Chad and Lori amazing people, but the love and care they bring when dealing with them is so welcoming, you'll be begging to have them over for bbq's... seriously, Nanay's pansit will take you to heaven and back, you're missing out. Trust me, incredible homes, incredible people. There's no need to look ant further.
